With this newsletter, we are hoping to offer useful and light-hearted content to help you manage social distancing and make the best of the current situation that we are all in.
Now more than ever, the health and wellness of our community is our top priority. We continue to seek out additional measures that can be implemented to deal with the current situation, to supplement the various policies, technology advancements and resident service initiatives that we have crafted to make residents as safe and comfortable as reasonably possible.
Now more than ever, we are focused on operating in the best interests of our residents and the NEMA community. We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and diligently following government and health officials’ recommendations.
The Governor of the State of Illinois has issued a “Stay at Home” order effective at 5:00 pm on Saturday, March 21 to help contain the spread of the COVID-19 virus. This order will be in effect until Tuesday, April 7.
As you may know, local and state government took unprecedented action this afternoon when the Governor of Illinois announced a closure of all restaurants and bars to minimize community contacts in an effort to help contain the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
We know many of you will be working from home as some offices close, and we want to make sure that NEMA Chicago provides the safest environment possible in light of increased numbers of residents in the building.
Now more than ever, the health and wellness of our community is our top priority. In light of the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) developments, we are taking all of the following precautions advised by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)
