NEMA Chicago is leading the wave of new luxury rentals coming to the Windy City, adding 800 homes ranging in size from studios to four bedrooms to the southern edge of Grant Park. This tower, the tallest residential building in Chicago, was designed by acclaimed architect Rafael Viñoly, with interiors by Rockwell Group. The result is a collection of South Loop rentals featuring contextual design inside and out, with a silhouette that shadows the iconic Willis Tower’s “bundled tube” shape and interiors inspired by the city’s famous grid layout, which reveals itself to residents through floor-to-ceiling windows that provide panoramic city and Lake Michigan views.
