The Windy City’s skyline is world-famous, but that doesn’t mean it’s set in stone, and Chicago Magazine recently ran a feature exploring what the iconic silhouette will look like in five years. The most prominent addition to the skyline will be NEMA Chicago, the new 76-story tower on the south end of Grant Park, which takes its design cues from its sister and the world’s first skyscraper, the Sears (now Willis) Tower. Move-ins for the Downtown Chicago apartments at NEMA begin in the spring, when residents will enjoy luxury interiors with wide-plank hardwood floors, 9-foot ceilings, state-of-the-art appliances and fixtures, and unbeatable Downtown and Lake Michigan views.
