The Chicago Tribune interviewed Bruce Menin of Crescent Heights about bringing the award-winning NEMA brand of luxury rentals to the Windy City. “There’s so much about Chicago’s history and architecture and culture that is unique that we were able to capture in the building,” said Menin, referring to architect Rafael Viñoly’s contextual design, which draws on both the silhouette of the iconic Willis Tower and the kinds of materials found throughout the Chicago skyline. Residents of these South Loop apartments on the edge of Grant Park will have breathtaking Lake Michigan views from their homes and throughout the building’s amenity spaces.
