Sharing the ambition and elegance of the original NEMA location in San Francisco and the forthcoming NEMA building in Boston, NEMA Chicago features contextual design by Viñoly that echoes the iconic Willis Tower and interiors by Rockwell Group that were inspired by the city’s famed grid layout. AD included a rendering of one of the sky-high homes at NEMA Chicago, showing off the airy interiors, floor-to-ceiling windows, and spectacular Chicago skyline views that benefit greatly from the tower’s status as the Windy City’s tallest residential building.
