NEMA Chicago made the AIA newsletter, which celebrated the tower’s Chicago-inspired design and record height. At 76 stories, this collection of Downtown Chicago rentals will be the city’s tallest rental tower when complete, providing residents with panoramic city and Lake Michigan views from their homes and the 70,000 square feet of luxury amenities. Renowned international architect Rafael Viñoly is responsible for the design, which is inspired by the bundled tubes structure of the iconic Sears (now Willis) Tower, while the Rockwell Group is designing the interiors with playful interpretations of the city’s architecture and grid layout.
