According to Curbed, NEMA Chicago fully realized the nascent Downtown luxury market with its Windy City-inspired take on rental apartments, bringing a new level of living to the southern edge of Grant Park and reshaping the city’s skyline with a fresh version of the city’s most recognizable silhouette. At 896 feet, NEMA Chicago is the tallest purely rental building in the city, and it offers South Loop residents access to 70,000 square feet of top-of-the-line amenities, all centered around spectacular views of Lake Michigan, Grant Park, and the South Loop Chicago.
