Chicago Informer gives us a peek inside the new skyscraper coming to the southern edge of Grant Park—NEMA Chicago—which will be the city’s tallest rental building when completed later this year. This collection of Downtown Chicago apartments will rise 896 feet into the air, and the building’s structure takes a cue from the iconic Willis Tower. With floor-to-ceiling windows and private balconies in select homes, residents of this Rafael Viñoly-designed tower will have unbeatable Downtown and Lake Michigan views. The suite of amenities includes areas for recreation and relaxation, from the high-tech golf simulator and indoor pool and basketball court to the indoor/outdoor residents’ lounge.
