NEMA Chicago is officially open, and developer Crescent Heights marked the occasion by releasing a new batch of photos showing off its amenity spaces and a model home. Standing 896 feet tall with commanding views of nearby Lake Michigan and Grant Park, the South Loop tower is bringing 800 new apartments for rent to Downtown Chicago, ranging in size from intimate studios to sprawling penthouses. The building’s 70,000 square feet of luxury amenities were designed by the interior experts at the Rockwell Group and include forward-looking options like the state-of-the-art golf simulator and the sprawling coworking space.
