As developer Crescent Heights put the finishing touches on NEMA Chicago, one last amenity space was waiting to be filled with whatever residents needed most. Originally slated as a yoga studio, this space on the 48th floor is now home to a suite of six work-from-home boardrooms, complete with sumptuous hardwood floors and leather furniture to give executive residents that professional feel. This is one of two work-from-home spaces in the building (the first, on the 16th floor, has been open since move-ins began), and they represent just a fraction of the amenities available to residents of these South Loop apartments.
