With new work-from-home demands being placed on workers around the globe, NEMA Chicago has adjusted its amenity package to incorporate a suite of executive boardrooms, a unique amenity in the South Loop, Chicago area. Designed by architect Rafael Viñoly and built by James McHugh Construction Co., these six 48th-floor boardrooms make working from home feasible for even the most high-powered residents and feature the same panoramic views of the city and Lake Michigan as the building’s South Loop apartments. The completion of the boardrooms and the remainder of the residences marks the final touches on this superlative tower, which is the city’s tallest residential building.
